Here's a quick recipe to create your own delicious and nutritious snack bars!
Ingredients:
- unsweetened and unsalted puffed corn or wheat
- 1/2 cup of crunchy peanut butter (preferably organic)
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1/2 cup raisins or no sugar added dried fruit
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add or decrease dried fruit to taste. Line pan with wax paper. Mold mixture into pan and bake 8-10 minutes. Cool and cut into desired servings.

Why not include the amount of "puffed wheat" and why do you include "crunchy peanut butter" in the recipe then make a note saying that "crunchy peanut butter" may be substituted?
